To Start ConstructSim Planner

Do one of the following:

From the Windows Start menu, select All Programs > Bentley > ConstructSim Planner CONNECT Edition > ConstructSim Planner CONNECT Edition.

or
Drag a DGN file icon from Windows Explorer onto the ConstructSim Planner icon.

The File Open dialog opens.
In the Look In field, select the path to the project, if it is not already selected.
Select the file in the list box and click Open. The application opens displaying the Partial Loading Subsets dialog.
Choose to open a subset of the model or the full model.
The .OVERLAY.DGN file opens.
(Optional) If you have the ConstructSim Work Package Server installed, you can start ConstructSim Planner by clicking the Open local VCM or Get latest VCM button on the home page.
